Personal Environment

Cloud only

To find if you are running a personal environment visit https://www.outsystems.com/home/ and check the label next to your server name. This is what you should see if you are using a Personal Environment:

Enterprise Trial

Cloud

To find if you are running an enterprise cloud trial visit https://www.outsystems.com/home/ and check the label next to your server name. This is what you should see if you are using a Standard Cloud Trial or Enterprise Cloud Trial:

Hybrid / On Premises

If you are still evaluating OutSystems Platform and the server address of your environments does not end with "outsystemscloud.com" then you are most likely running an on premises trial - which does not get registered in your area of the OutSystems website.

For assistance under this scenario browse the Enterprise Trial area to check the most frequent questions; contact your OutSystems account manager or contact OutSystems Support.

 

Enterprise Customers

Cloud / Hybrid / On Premises

If you have purchased OutSystems Platform your platform installation will live under one of your company domains or IP addresses (the address will no longer end with "outsystemscloud.com").

For assistance as a customer browse the Enterprise Customers area or contact OutSystems Support directly.
