Enterprise trial SLA (Service Level Agreement)

We provide support to enterprise trials on a "best-effort" basis. Even though we run on top of Amazon AWS which has a 99.5% availability rate, we don't commit to any availability or response time service level agreements.

The enterprise trial infrastructure is designed to let you explore the capabilities of OutSystems Platform, and is not intended for serving as a production infrastructure. Upgrade to an Enterprise Subscription to get availability and response time SLAs.
