OutSystems Success Programs are a personalized set of services for delivering the appropriate expertise and guidance needed for customers, at any stage of their OutSystems adoption. 

Two levels of success programs are offered that are geared towards the needs of different team and organization profiles. All programs are delivered remotely using a combination of phone, email and web video conferencing.

Standard Success Program

Every OutSystems subscription includes a variety of features to help promote the success of the customer. This program provides self-service options for organizations to get up and running quickly, including:

  • Customer onboarding program covering the first 30 days

  • Unlimited developer how-to support via the OutSystems support portal

  • Online case submission and tracking

  • Unlimited access to online training courses

  • Exclusive webinars

Guided Success Program

From delivering the first OutSystems project to adopting low-code across the organization, the Guided Success Program builds on the Standard Success Program to help customers achieve their business goals.

Customers benefit from a variety of services that include an experienced OutSystems Success Manager, who develops an actionable success plan, and provides support, guidance, and best practices to address the business priorities of the customer.

The following is a list of the typical activities included for the first year of a customer subscription.

  • A Customer Success Manager to develop a tailored success plan, define and track business metrics, and conduct quarterly reviews

  • Reference architecture design sessions

  • Best practices and architectural reviews sessions

  • One-on-one sessions with OutSystems subject matter experts

  • Premium technical support service level
